These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including enrollment in our courses and any associated money-back plans. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any courses.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in a course at Prakir TheFinAcademy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not enroll in any courses.
2. Money-Back Plan Eligibility: Prakir TheFinAcademy offers a money-back plan for students who meet the following criteria in specific courses:
   • Course Completion: You must successfully complete the course (Technical Analysis BootCamp), including all assignments, within the first month of enrollment.
   • Practical Training: You must diligently participate in the 3-month practical training program. This includes successfully executing a minimum of 6 trades daily (1 Share buy and sell = 1 Trade) in the live market, using the trading platform designated by Prakir TheFinAcademy.
   • Trading Journal: You must submit a completed trading journal form daily throughout the practical training program. The journal should detail each trade, including:
     • Share name
     • Trading quantity
     • Buy price
     • Target price
     • Stop-loss price
     • Profit or loss
     • Reason for the buy
     • Learning points from the trade
     • Mistakes made during the trade
   • Profitability and Satisfaction: After completing the above conditions, if you are not satisfied with the course content and delivery, you may be eligible for a money-back guarantee.
3. Reason for Using Prakir’s Designated Platform:
   • Real Trading Platform: We teach technical analysis on a real trading platform to help you gain a better understanding of execution. It is not feasible to train on multiple trading platforms; therefore, we have selected to teach and train on our partner platform. This is one of the reasons why we ask students to open a Demat account with us for better learning.
   • Evaluation and Tracking: We require trading execution on our designated platform to effectively evaluate your trades and track your development. This allows us to provide personalized feedback, analyze your execution strategy, and identify areas for improvement.
   • Transparency Regarding Brokerage Fees:
     • Flat Brokerage Fee: If you choose to trade through our platform, we charge a flat brokerage fee of Rs. 20 per order. This fee is comparable to standard industry rates.
     • Choice and Flexibility: Regardless of your chosen platform, brokerage fees are unavoidable. We believe the benefits of using our platform, including personalized feedback and performance tracking, outweigh any potential fee concerns.
4. Money-Back Plan Details:
   • To request a money-back guarantee, please submit a written request within 3 days of completing the practical training program. The request should demonstrate your adherence to the aforementioned criteria (course completion, practical training participation, trading journal submission using Prakir’s designated platform). Invest With Prakir reserves the right to review your request and assess your eligibility for the money-back plan based on the submitted documentation. If your request is approved, the refunded amount will exclude any processing fees associated with the original payment.
   • This money-back policy is only applicable for the course Technical Analysis Bootcamp. Money-back policies might differ for different courses.
5. Disclaimer of Liability:
   • Financial Risk: Financial markets are inherently risky, and past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with trading in the financial markets. Invest With Prakir and its trainers are not liable for any financial losses you may incur while trading.
   • Trading Advice: The information and strategies presented in our courses are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
   • Trading Results: Invest With Prakir and its trainers do not guarantee any specific trading results or profits. Your trading success depends on various factors, including your experience, knowledge, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
6. Trainer Disclaimer:
   • Our trainers act as facilitators and knowledge providers. They are not responsible for the outcome of your trades after completing the course.
7. Additional Terms:
   • Invest With Prakir reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
   • You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
   • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prakir TheFinAcademy regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
   • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   • By enrolling in this course, you agree to learn and participate in practical training on our designated trading platform.
